Second and third grade started out higher so showing growth is more difficult in these circumstances. State expectation is 65% so we are well above that requirement. Also, in second grade the expectations change (nonsense word subtests fade away and only oral reading fluency is considered by the end of the year. This sometimes inflates the score in the fall and impacts growth in spring).
- TSSA Goal 3 Amendment
- Chromebooks ready
- Waiting for Charging Cart
- Incentives for Excellence Grant
- Donation- anonymous donor
- Emergency Safety Protocols - Paula shared our school procedures and protocols for emergency drills. Next time our teachers will practice taking attendance through our mobile app to account for all children present.
- Next meeting we will start looking at our data for the School Land Trust plan 2026-2027.
- Discussed boundaries and decrease in student body size from 450 to approximately 310 next year. These are preliminary numbers. More accurate numbers are coming. A reduction in teachers next year is inevitable.
